Sr. EMI Engineering Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a Sr. EMI Engineering Manager to lead EMI testing operations at a high-power test facility in Menomonee Falls, WI. This is a senior-level, hands‑on leadership role that combines deep technical expertise, project management, and business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead EMI/EMC testing for complex naval and defense power systems
• Manage lab operations, resources, and project execution
• Develop test plans, procedures, and qualification reports aligned with MIL‑STD standards
• Act as the primary technical liaison between customers and internal teams
• Support business development and expansion of EMI testing capabilities
• Ensure compliance with ISO17025 and industry standards

Qualifications

• 8+ years of EMI/EMC testing experience (MIL‑STD‑461, 464, 1399)
• Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams and projects
• Strong expertise in high‑power systems and energy storage equipment
• Hands‑on experience with EMI testing, automation tools, and reporting
