The Senior Analyst serves as a strategic data partner to both Sales and Operations, enabling data‑driven decision‑making across key business priorities. This role will deliver actionable insights on performance, develop and maintain dashboards to track key initiatives, support incentive compensation processes, and perform other ad‑hoc analyses. The Senior Analyst will support the organization by working closely with cross‑functional leaders to translate complex data into clear recommendations, help guide strategy, improve execution, and drive business outcomes.
The candidate shall operate in a telecommuting role, with primary working hours to be flexibly scheduled within the window of 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic data partner to Sales and Operations, providing insights and recommendations to support key priorities and drive business performance
- Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards that track KPIs and strategic initiatives, incorporating end‑user feedback and best practices
- Deliver ongoing performance reporting for Sales and Operations leadership, ensuring visibility into results and drivers of performance
- Support sales incentive compensation processes, including tracking, analysis, and adjudication
- Conduct ad‑hoc and recurring analyses to support leadership decision‑making, including building presentations and communicating findings to stakeholders
- Utilize SQL or other similar programming languages to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Support data integration and analytics for acquisitions and new site launches, including modeling exam and order volumes
- Collaborate with IT and data management teams to support and enhance the broader Data Strategy
Qualifications
- 4+ years in analytic roles
- 3+ years of experience with SQL or other similar programming language to manipulate and extract large datasets
- 3+ years of experience designing and managing dashboards on Tableau or PowerBI
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Candidates with experience in healthcare environments supporting provider practices, hospitals, or value‑based care organizations are strongly preferred
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Health Administration, or other closely related fields
Requirements
