We are seeking a talented Sr. Product Marketing Manager to lead our Event marketing efforts, including our annual flagship conference, Accelerate, and other selling partner facing summits including the New Seller Summit and the Seller Growth Summit.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel strategies across pre-event, during-event, and post-event phases.
  • Drive registration and in-person attendance through strategic initiatives.
  • Lead audience segmentation and targeting for customized messaging.
  • Partner with channel teams to maximize virtual participation.
  • Own pacing toward registration and attendance goals across marketing channels.
  • Partner with channel marketers to optimize paid and organic channels.
  • Initiate test campaigns, lead experimentation roadmaps, and conduct A/B testing to improve effectiveness.
  • Lead overall event marketing strategy and execution for Seller Events, including Amazon Accelerate.
  • Define messaging frameworks and create engaging content for Email, social, blog, and other channels.
  • Ensure consistent voice across touchpoints while tailoring content to audience segments.
  • Establish and report on success metrics, partnering with BI and analytics teams to build comprehensive dashboards.
  • Track performance across XBRs, analyze results, synthesize learnings, and make data-driven decisions to prioritize initiatives.
  • Build year-round community engagement and always-on marketing strategies between events.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, technology, PR, Public Policy, and partner teams to identify opportunities, execute campaigns, and build marketing collateral.
  • Present strategies and results to VP-level stakeholders and deliver executive-level storytelling.
  • Operate in ambiguity to build new programs from scratch, establishing frameworks and processes for emerging event properties and marketing initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience prior success in driving execution of large-scale project plans with multiple teams in support of business goals
  • Knowledge of analytics tools and web traffic reporting
  • Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
  • MBA
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and productivity, with the ability to craft effective prompts and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs in a professional setting
  • Experience identifying opportunities to integrate AI solutions into products and services to drive business value
  • Experience in Event marketing is a plus
