Senior Financial Analyst

About

The Senior Financial Analyst is a high-visibility role reporting to the Director of Finance and serves as a key analytical partner across finance and operations. This role owns the models and insights supporting cost analysis, pricing decisions, and operational performance, with a mandate to drive strategic, data-driven decision-making as the organization scales.

Responsibilities

• Financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis
• KPI and dashboard reporting using BI tools (Qlik preferred)
• Sales support and deal-level financial analysis
• Budgeting and operational performance reporting
• Partner cross-functionally with sales, operations, finance, and IT

Qualifications

• Strong FP&A or analytical finance background
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Experience working with large and complex datasets
• BI/reporting experience (Qlik, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Ability to clearly communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Interest in or exposure to AI-enabled tools in analytics workflows
