About the Position

Reporting to the Senior manager, the financial analyst will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Perform financial modeling and analysis for real estate investments and developments.
  • Evaluate cash flows, returns, and overall asset performance.
  • Prepare proformas, investment analyses, and presentations for leadership.
  • Assist with due diligence, market research, and transaction support.
  • Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support strategic decisions.
  • Monitor performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Deliver monthly reporting and forecasting updates to senior leadership.
  • Conduct variance analysis (budget vs. actuals) and support ad hoc analysis as needed.
  • Support the annual budgeting process and departmental planning.
  • Contribute to long-term forecasting and strategic planning initiatives.
  • Provide insight into financial risks and opportunities.
  • Develop financial models to assess risks and opportunities.
  • Ad hoc duties as needed.

Requirements

  • CPA or CFA designation
  • 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting
  • Strong understanding of real estate financial metrics such as NPV, IRR, cap rates, cash-on-cash returns, and analysis of income-generating properties
  • Hands-on experience supporting financial analysis for real estate investments and development projects

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary: $95,000 to $105,000
  • Extended health and dental
  • 3 to 4 weeks’ vacation
  • Hybrid work
