Senior Full Stack Java Developer

The Opportunity

Join an Agile Scrum team delivering modernized software solutions in short sprint cycles. We are looking for an "all-in" collaborator who can design, develop, and mentor junior members while maintaining a "do what it takes" attitude.

Core Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Development: Design and implement custom software/database capabilities for legacy and modernized systems.
• Agile Collaboration: Actively participate in sprint planning, testing, regressions, retrospectives, and solution releases.
• Innovation: Analyze complex project problems and create ingenious solutions involving new technologies and methodologies.
• Team Mentorship: Provide guidance and performance feedback to junior team members to ensure product quality and timeliness.

Technical Requirements

Java 8+ Spring Boot Angular TypeScript RESTful APIs Hibernate SQL/PLSQL Git

• Expertise in OODD (Object Oriented Design and Development) and SOA (Service Oriented Architecture).
• Proficiency in the Spring ecosystem (Security, MVC, Dependency Injection).
• In-depth knowledge of state management and UI performance within Angular.
• Extensive experience with testing frameworks (JUnit, TestNG, Mockito).
• Experience accessing Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server databases.

Desired Extras

• Technical Certifications: OCAJP, OCPJP, CSM, or DOD 8570.
• Familiarity with modern stacks: React, Postgres, Aurora, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
• Experience with DevOps tools: Jira, VersionOne, CI/CD pipelines.

Mandatory Security Criteria

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Ability to pass a CBP background investigation including a 3-year felony check, 1-year drug use check, and misconduct review.
