Key Responsibilities
• Write efficient, scalable, and maintainable code
• Contribute across the full stack, including front-end, back-end, databases, and cloud infrastructure
• Solve complex technical challenges that impact real users and business operations
• Collaborate with a team of engineers through brainstorming sessions, code reviews, and agile development practices
• Work within a two-week sprint cycle, adapting to a fast-paced and iterative development process
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices
Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with production-level applications
• Hands-on experience with web frameworks such as React, Node.js, Next.js, Angular, or Express, or mobile development (iOS, Android)
• Proficiency in one or more of the following: Python, TypeScript, PHP, or Java (legacy system maintenance)
• Strong experience with databases (both relational and document-based) and SQL
• Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
• A collaborative mindset with a team-oriented approach
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Knowledge of DevOps, automation, and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker)
• A sense of humor and the ability to work well in a fun, fast-moving environment
