Full Stack Developer (React Focus – 60% Frontend / 40% Backend)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React (60%) and solid backend development experience (40%). The ideal candidate will build modern, scalable web applications with a strong focus on user experience while contributing to backend services and APIs.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend – React (60%)

• Develop dynamic, responsive web applications using React.js
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries
• Implement state management (Redux, Context API, or similar)
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to deliver pixel-perfect interfaces
• Optimize applications for performance and scalability
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness

Backend (40%)

• Design and develop RESTful APIs and backend services
• Work with backend technologies such as Node.js / Java / Python / .NET
• Integrate frontend components with backend services
• Handle database operations using SQL/NoSQL databases
• Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with React.js
• Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript
• Experience with Redux / Context API / Hooks
• Backend experience with Node.js / Java / Python / .NET
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design
