Job Details

• Location: Malvern, PA (Hybrid)
• Duration: 1+ Year
• Tax Terms: ONLY W2

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend applications using GoLang
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices
• Optimize application performance and scalability
• Work closely with DevOps and Cloud teams
• Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve reliability
• Collaborate with frontend and cross-functional engineering teams

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with GoLang (Golang)
• Experience building Microservices Architecture
• REST API / gRPC development
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Cloud exposure preferred (AWS or Google Cloud Platform)
• CI/CD pipeline experience (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)
• Strong understanding of distributed systems
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
• Agile/Scrum environment experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience
• 4+ years specifically in GoLang
• Experience with Kubernetes orchestration
• Exposure to financial or enterprise platforms is a plus
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
