Sr. Manager, Affiliate/Influencer Marketing

A consumer products client of mine is hiring for a Sr. Manager, Affiliate/Influencer Marketing based our of their HQ in New Jersey.

Location

This role will be based onsite in Bergen County.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day affiliate operations, partner onboarding, and program growth
• Track performance, monitor promotions/compliance, and identify new partnership opportunities
• Support SEO tasks including keyword research, on‑page updates, and content optimization
• Assist with content needs for social campaigns across platforms
• Coordinate with creators and UGC contributors to deliver on‑brand assets
• Maintain and organize a UGC library while helping source new contributors
• Support relationships with affiliates, agencies, and platform partners
• Respond to partner needs and ensure deliverables are completed accurately
• Collaborate with internal teams to keep communication and execution aligned

Requirements

• Experience with affiliate marketing and/or SEO, plus social or UGC coordination
• 5+ years of experience working in Affiliate Marketing
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑moving environment; CPG experience a plus
• Ability to be mainly onsite in NJ
