Requirements

• 12+ Years of IT experience with:
  • 8-10 years of SWE experience with Architectural leadership.
  • Strong in Java & Spring boot development.
  • Applies and explains design frameworks/patterns and has implemented them in production.
  • Proven architecture judgement and can communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Solid Cloud Solution experience and container platforms (Openshift) with CI/CD ownership and release reliability.
  • Full stack development experience.
  • Know-how of Data/Analytics/Business Intelligence and ability to enable AI/ML driven solutions.
  • A collaborative, innovative, proactive mindset with the ability to lead discussions, drive decisions, and work across cross-functional SMEs.
