12+ Years of IT experience with
a. 8-10 years of SWE experience with Architectural leadership.
b. Strong in Java & Spring boot development.
c. Applies and explains design frameworks/patterns and has implemented them in production.
d. Proven architecture judgement and can communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
d. Solid Cloud Solution experience and container platforms (Openshift) with CI/CD ownership and release reliability.
e. Full stack development experience.
e. Know-how of Data/Analytics/Business Intelligence and ability to enable AI/ML driven solutions.
f. A collaborative, innovative, proactive mindset with the ability to lead discussions, drive decisions, and work across cross-functional SMEs.
