• J2EE and JavaScript proficiency with Web Services (Rest and Soap) and Single Page Application Technologies
• Specification and management of coding, usability and quality standards.
• Interpreting requirements into application designs.
• Agile development through collaborating with QA and Business Analysis team members.
• Evaluating and learning new technologies that would provide business value.
• Ensuring the quality, architecture and accuracy of released code
• Take ownership of the assigned applications.
• Be an individual contributor (very hands on) as well as able to guide and mentor team members

Required

• Overall 10+ years of experience
• Java, Spring Framework, Springboot microservices
• Unix shell scripting
• RESTFul API experience
• Maven, Junit, SonarQube, Artifactory, Docker, Github, Jenkins
• Database experience: mySQL, Postgres, Mongo (preferred)
• Node.js Express.js
• Angular 2 or Angular 4, React.js

Desired

• Security frameworks for web applications
• Elasticsearch, Logstash or FluentD
• API gateway experience
• Experience with DC/OS Mesos Marathon infrastructure
• Experience with Kubernetes clustering
• Kafka a plus, Swagger API a plus
• Groovy, Python a plus
• Exposure to Zookeeper a plus
• Red Hat OpenShift Origin 3.6 a plus
• Open source software integration experience a plus
• Microsoft Azure experience
