What You’ll Do
- Architect and execute a robust facility-wide maintenance strategy encompassing all mechanical, electrical, and structural functions.
- Optimize asset longevity by engineering meticulous preventative maintenance schedules and leveraging sophisticated cost-tracking analytics.
- Champion a culture of uncompromising safety and environmental stewardship, ensuring 100% alignment with all regulatory and governmental mandates.
- Synthesize cross-departmental efforts by partnering with IT and Engineering teams to integrate large-scale facility upgrades and technical migrations.
- Drive fiscal excellence through the rigorous management of the Maintenance Department budget and the forensic analysis of equipment utilization.
- Negotiate high-value service contracts and vendor agreements to secure elite-level support and cost-efficient plant project execution.
- Fortify site integrity by managing advanced security architectures, including surveillance systems and specialized personnel teams.
- Direct a high-performing technical staff, providing mentorship and guidance to a team of 8 or more professionals.
What You Bring
- Educational Pedigree: A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is required.
- Professional Tenure: A minimum of 8 years of specialized experience in a leadership/managerial capacity, or 10+ years of deep technical experience in industrial maintenance.
- Technical Literacy: Mastery of enterprise-level systems (such as SAP or JDE) and advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Analytical Rigor: Proven ability to research complex data sets to drive independent judgment and solve intricate operational bottlenecks.
- Change Agility: A demonstrated track record of adapting to fluid industrial environments and leading functional areas through process evolutions.
- Operational Depth: Comprehensive knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance systems, material handling equipment, and facility infrastructure.
