About the Role
The Senior Manager will lead Red Bull’s sales efforts across all national 7-Eleven field sales and oversee a team of Regional Sales Managers to execute Red Bull’s Convenience & Gas strategies and objectives at more than 12,500 7-Eleven stores.
Responsibilities
- Lead Red Bull’s sales efforts across all national 7-Eleven field sales
- Oversee a team of Regional Sales Managers to execute Red Bull’s Convenience & Gas strategies and objectives at more than 12,500 7-Eleven stores
- Coach and develop direct reports
- Manage budgets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Build strong business relationships
- Create joint business plans with senior leaders across 7-Eleven zones, regions, and markets
- Lead cross-functional collaboration within Red Bull North America
- Coordinate with multiple groups—including Trade Marketing, Distribution, and Regional Leadership—as well as regional teams to ensure retailer goals and objectives are met
- Ongoing analysis of the total 7-Eleven business, including evaluating the effectiveness of promotions and programs
Location
This role can be based anywhere in the Northeast, Southeast, or Midwest and must be near a major airport.
