About the Team

The Tokenization platform enables leading payment experiences like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Card‑on‑File experiences for merchants by providing payment tokens. In the next phase of our journey, we plan to modernize the platform that supports a high‑volume in a low latency requirements.

The Product Professional leads the execution and development of the Product Vision for our Modernization efforts that drives business value and an improved customer experience while ensuring alignment / manages dependencies across Team within a Product Family and with cross functional partners. The Senior Manager is a servant leader and the manager of team members. Is an SME having depth of knowledge so that they can see patterns without having to dissect it step by step. Often recognized outside their company for their contributions to their profession.

We are seeking someone with experience in managing a large, complex platform, possessing strong technical and business architecture skills, and capable of leading in a cross‑functional environment with a bias for action.

Basic Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
    • A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
    • A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

Salary (Full‑time Annual)

  • McLean, VA: $200,700 – $229,100 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management
  • New York, NY: $219,000 – $249,900 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management
  • Riverwoods, IL: $182,500 – $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
