Your Role in a Nutshell
As the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will lead and scale the company’s end-to-end recruitment strategy during a period of rapid growth. This is a highly strategic and hands-on leadership role responsible for building a high-performing talent acquisition function, driving employer branding, and partnering closely with executive leadership to attract top-tier talent across all business functions. You will play a critical role in shaping the organization by ensuring we hire exceptional talent aligned with our culture, growth objectives, and long-term vision.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute a scalable, data-driven talent acquisition strategy aligned with company growth plans
- Partner with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing recruitment team
Full-Cycle Recruitment Oversight
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment across technical, corporate, and go-to-market roles
- Ensure best-in-class hiring practices, including structured interviews and consistent evaluation frameworks
- Act as a senior escalation point for complex or executive-level hires
Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Design innovative sourcing strategies leveraging digital platforms, talent communities, and networking channels
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of passive and active candidates for critical roles
- Implement proactive talent mapping for future hiring needs
Employer Branding & Talent Marketing
- Elevate BoomerangFX’s employer brand across social media, events, and digital campaigns
- Partner with marketing to develop compelling talent attraction strategies
- Represent the company at industry events, job fairs, and networking forums
Candidate Experience & Process Optimization
- Ensure a seamless, high-quality candidate experience across all touchpoints
- Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and workflows
- Implement best practices in diversity, equity, and inclusion hiring initiatives
Data, Metrics & Reporting
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost-per-hire, funnel conversion rates)
- Provide actionable insights and regular reporting to executive leadership
- Leverage data to drive continuous improvement and decision-making
Collaboration & Onboarding
- Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires
- Align talent acquisition strategies with broader HR and organizational development initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- 8–10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience scaling recruitment functions in high-growth, fast-paced environments (SaaS or tech preferred)
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and talent market trends
- Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing teams
- Expertise in sourcing strategies, employer branding, and recruitment technologies (ATS, HRIS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CHRP, PHR) are considered an asset
