Your Role

As the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition you will lead experienced hire recruiting, shaping how Genioo attracts and hires top-tier consulting talent. As a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, you will play a critical role in building high impact teams ensuring every hire strengthens Genioo’s long term capabilities in the life science consulting market.

In this role, you will own the full recruiting lifecycle and help evolve Genioo’s talent strategy, bringing a market and data driven approach to how we source, engage, and assess exceptional candidates.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive talent attraction and employer branding delivering a high-touch candidate experience aligned with a premium consulting brand
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the business working closely with Partners and senior leaders to shape hiring strategies, provide market insights and align on candidate profiles
  • Build and engage top tier talent pipelines of consulting talent through targeted outreach and network development of active and passive candidates
  • Leverage diverse sourcing strategies and stay abreast of market trends to identify and engage top talent for active searches and future pipelines
  • Ensure end-to-end recruiting excellence from kick-off to offer, maintain communication across candidates, hiring team and hiring manager
  • Work with Partners and other hiring managers to guide decisions, provide insights, and ensure high‑quality and consistent hiring practices
  • Collaborate with the Head of Talent Acquisition to enhance recruiting operations, tools, and processes
  • Generate KPIs and recruiting metrics using ATS data to deliver actionable data insights to stakeholders

Who You Are

  • 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including full lifecycle recruiting
  • Proven track record recruiting for a top-tier consulting or professional services firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Roland Berger, Big Four or similar) - required
  • Experience hiring client-facing consultants up to the Partner level, with the ability to assess both functional expertise and interpersonal skills
  • Succeed in a high-touch, low-volume recruiting environment and appreciate developing relationships and a pipeline of high caliber candidates
  • Ability to work with senior stakeholders and provide informed recommendations using a structured and data driven communication style
  • Experience in direct sourcing and building long-term candidate pipelines
  • Strong understanding of the consulting talent market in Germany and/or Europe
  • Proficient with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse) and recruiting analytics
  • Experience in or strong exposure to the life science industry is preferred
  • Fluent in English; German language skills are a strong plus
