Role Overview

We are seeking a Mechanical Department Head to lead our team. Successful candidates will have a strong background in MEP consulting (Mechanical, Plumbing, & Fire Protection Engineering) with proven leadership experience. Projects include commercial buildings, mission critical facilities, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, government buildings, etc.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university
• 12 – 15+ years of AEC experience preferred
• 2 – 3+ years of leadership experience
• PE license required
• Revit proficiency required
• Strong design and documentation experience
• Expert knowledge of the principles, practices, and trends of mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering
• Excellent project, people, and time management skills
• Strong organizational, communication, problem‑solving, leadership, and attention‑to‑detail skills

Compensation

• Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year
