We’re hiring a Senior MES Product Specialist to lead customer implementations and act as a technical authority in real-world manufacturing environments.

• Lead MES implementations end-to-end in complex, production-critical environments

What we’re looking for

Core experience

• 5–10+ years working with MES systems in manufacturing environments
• Experience leading or owning implementations (not just supporting them)
• Experience working within a Customer Success team with direct customer interactions
• Strong understanding of shop floor operations and production workflows
• Experience integrating MES with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)

• Remote (North America)
