Sr. Mobile Application Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using React Native
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices
• Ensure code quality, performance, and stability, including unit testing as per leadership standards
• Apply hands-on experience and proven patterns from prior projects to deliver quickly and effectively
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, QA, backend) to define, design, and ship features
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues efficiently
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall software development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with React Native
• Solid knowledge of React JS (preferred)
• Experience with Redux for state management
• Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving capabilities
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Hands-on experience implementing unit testing and code quality best practices
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment

Good to Have

• Experience with Next.js
• Knowledge of GraphQL
• Exposure to modern mobile architecture and performance optimization techniques
