Sr. .NET Developer

Job Responsibilities

• Design, code and debugging applications in various software languages.
• Software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, software review, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, software reliability analysis
• Software modeling and simulation
• Front end graphical user interface design
• Software testing and quality assurance
• Performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, automation.
• Support, maintain and document software functionality
• Integrate software with existing systems
• Evaluate and identify new technologies for implementation
• Maintain standards compliance
• Implement localization or globalization of software
• Full lifecycle application development
• Design, code and debug software
• Perform software analysis, risk analysis, reliability analysis
• Participate in software modeling and simulation
• Integrate new software solutions with existing systems
• Extract and reverse engineer existing code
• Explore and innovate new technologies, features, and tools
• Have an open-minded approach to development strategy and approaches
• Actively look for ways to make everything better

Skills and Experience Required

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in .NET and related frameworks (C#, ASP.NET)
• Strong comprehension of Object Oriented concepts
• Experience with SQL Server
• Experience with microservices.
• Very strong communication and organization skills
• Player Team

Desired:

• Experience with RoundhousE, JIRA, Bitbucket, Confluence
• Experience with CI/CD (Bamboo/Octopus)

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 5-8 years' experience in application development and support using .NET technologies (ASP.NET, ADO.NET), third-party objects and other similar technologies.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the design and development of stored procedures, triggers and complex (multi-table) SQL queries required with specific experience in SQL Server 2008 R2
• Experience with MVC 5.0, Enitity Frameworks 5.0, C#, LINQ, JavaScript, JQuery 1.02, HTML, XML, and CSS

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience with Agile Development Methodologies such as SCRUM, RAD (Rapid Application Development) and Extreme Programming.
• Experience with process modeling methodologies such as Six Sigma or CMM.
