Role Overview

The Senior NetSuite Solution Architect serves as a key techno-functional leader responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing NetSuite ERP solutions. This role bridges business process understanding with technical delivery excellence, leading both pre-sales solutioning and project execution across NetSuite’s financial, operational, and manufacturing capabilities.

The ideal candidate possesses deep knowledge of NetSuite’s Record to Report, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Plan to Produce (Manufacturing) processes, along with expertise in SuiteBilling and the SuiteCloud platform. They combine strategic solutioning skills with hands-on configuration, customization, and integration experience to deliver transformative ERP outcomes.

Core Competencies

• NetSuite certifications: ERP Consultant, SuiteCloud Developer, or SuiteFoundation.
• Industry experience in manufacturing, distribution, or grocery/food production.
• Working knowledge of data migration, SuiteAnalytics Workbook, and RESTlet development.
• Strong functional and technical expertise in SuiteBilling and its integration with core financials.
• Hands-on experience with: SuiteScript (1.0/2.x), SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteAnalytics. Integration design via SuiteTalk (SOAP/REST), Celigo, Boomi, or MuleSoft. Customization, automation, and workflow development in SuiteCloud

What You'll Do

• Lead discovery sessions to assess client business processes and define scalable NetSuite solutions.
• Design end-to-end NetSuite architectures across Financials, Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing (Plan to Produce), and SuiteBilling.
• Conduct pre-sales solutioning, including demos, POCs, and solution presentations to executive stakeholders.
• Develop high-level solution designs, integration plans, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Customize NetSuite using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteAnalytics to meet client requirements.
• Architect and manage integrations with external systems using SuiteTalk, Celigo, Boomi, or MuleSoft.
• Lead full-cycle NetSuite implementations from requirements through go-live and post-deployment support.
• Configure, test, and validate functional and technical components, including workflows, dashboards, and roles.
• Conduct user training, knowledge transfer, and documentation for client readiness.
• Provide strategic advisory and system optimization guidance to clients, including process automation and governance.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants in solution design, technical configuration, and best practices.
• Contribute to internal accelerators, templates, and reusable solution components to enhance delivery efficiency.
• Stay current on NetSuite updates, SuiteCloud capabilities, Manufacturing (Plan to Produce), and SuiteBilling best practices.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.
• NetSuite certifications: SuiteFoundation required. ERP Consultant or SuiteCloud Developer preferred
• 5+ years of NetSuite ERP implementation experience, with at least 3 years in a senior techno-functional or architect role.
• Proven experience across Record to Report, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Plan to Produce (Manufacturing) business processes.
• Demonstrated success in solution architecture, pre-sales support, and executive-level client presentations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
