About the Opportunity
A well-established, family-owned insurance agency is seeking a Senior Personal Lines Account Manager to join its Private Client team due to growth. The company offers a collaborative environment, long-tenured staff, and a brand new office setting.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a high-value book of personal lines clients (including HNW individuals)
- Handle full-cycle (A–Z) servicing: renewals, endorsements, policy changes, and coverage reviews
- Serve as the primary client contact and maintain strong relationships
- Identify coverage gaps and recommend solutions
- Market new and renewal business to carriers and negotiate terms
- Support retention and growth initiatives
- Maintain accurate records in AMS360
What You Bring
- 5+ years of personal lines account management experience
- High Net Worth (HNW) client experience required
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
- Strong knowledge of personal lines products and underwriting
- Experience with AMS360 preferred
- Ability to manage complex accounts
Bonus: Experience with collector vehicle insurance
