About the Opportunity

A well-established, family-owned insurance agency is seeking a Senior Personal Lines Account Manager to join its Private Client team due to growth. The company offers a collaborative environment, long-tenured staff, and a brand new office setting.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage a high-value book of personal lines clients (including HNW individuals)
  • Handle full-cycle (A–Z) servicing: renewals, endorsements, policy changes, and coverage reviews
  • Serve as the primary client contact and maintain strong relationships
  • Identify coverage gaps and recommend solutions
  • Market new and renewal business to carriers and negotiate terms
  • Support retention and growth initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records in AMS360

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of personal lines account management experience
  • High Net Worth (HNW) client experience required
  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
  • Strong knowledge of personal lines products and underwriting
  • Experience with AMS360 preferred
  • Ability to manage complex accounts

Bonus: Experience with collector vehicle insurance
