Processing Engineer (Food Manufacturing / FMCG)

Requirements

• ✔ Minimum 5+ years of experience in Food Safety & GMP Standards
• ✔ Strong understanding of Global Food Engineering Standards
• ✔ Background in Food & Beverage / FMCG industry is a must
• ✔ Drive plant transformation, decarbonization & business continuity initiatives
• 🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering
• 📌 7+ years in FMCG / Food Manufacturing Engineering environment
• 📌 5+ years of Project Management experience
• 📌 Strong knowledge of Food Processing & Packaging Technologies
• 📌 Proven experience in Capex Project Delivery & Plant Engineering
• 📌 Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills

Responsibilities

• We are seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager / Processing Engineer to join our Global Engineering Team
• This role will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Capex projects across manufacturing plants
• You will play a key role in plant transformation, brownfield projects, and value creation initiatives, ensuring delivery aligned with global standards, timelines, and budgets
• ✔ Lead execution of engineering & Capex projects across US & Canada plants
• ✔ Manage project planning, costing, risk assessment & execution
• ✔ Collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing & Global Engineering teams
• ✔ Ensure compliance with Food Safety, GMP & global engineering standards
• ✔ Handle procurement, vendor management & tendering processes
• ✔ Deliver projects On-Time, In-Full (OTIF) and within budget
• ✔ Identify value creation opportunities & cost optimization initiatives
