Role Overview: As a Senior Experience Designer at Adobe Design, you will join the Document Cloud team to work on innovative products like Adobe Acrobat, Sign, and Scan. These products are used by over 700 million monthly active users worldwide, spanning various surfaces and platforms. As a key member of the design team, you will contribute to crafting the next generation of productivity tools at Adobe.
Key Responsibilities: - Design conversational GenAI experiences for Acrobat that enhance user interactions, making them more human, contextual, and responsive. - Establish and expand a unified AI system across Acrobat's core surfaces and tools, ensuring consistency and intelligence in behavior. - Develop cohesive interaction patterns that seamlessly connect prompt-based, generative, and conversational touchpoints for a unified user experience. - Experiment with AI experiences to deepen engagement, build trust, and improve user interactions effortlessly. - Define design strategies and create visions for AI-first products, effectively communicating them to senior executives through compelling storytelling. - Create sketches, storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes to bring conversational and unified AI experiences to life. - Advocate for the user by utilizing feedback, research, and data to design trustworthy and genuinely helpful AI experiences. - Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and research teams to scale conversational and unified AI capabilities across Acrobat, ensuring clarity and consistency in all interactions.
Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 8+ years of industry experience in product design with a successful track record. - Proficiency in solving complex design and technology challenges using systems thinking. - Experience collaborating with design, product management, software development, and users from ideation to implementation. - Strong communication skills to articulate problem spaces and design strategies to stakeholders at all levels. - Creative and analytical skills to support research, synthesize insights, and advocate for design opportunities. - Ability to facilitate brainstorming sessions, develop compelling presentations, and present concept pitches. - Capability to work on open-ended design projects that may initially be ambiguous or ill-defined. - Deep knowledge and experience in various design approaches, methodologies, prototyping, and wireframing.
