As a Senior Product Designer at Cogoport, you will play a crucial role in finalizing concepts, creating personas, developing wireframes, and prototypes to meet customer needs. - Finalizing concept along with product managers and stakeholders to understand product requirement - Creating personas through user research and data - Developing wireframes and prototypes around customer needs - Finding creative ways to solve UX problems - Working with other designers to implement attractive designs and maintaining design systems - Communicating design ideas and prototypes to developers - Conducting usability testing and gathering user feedback - Working in collaboration with the product, design, and tech teams for effective delivery of the designs - Accounting for and tracking the human-computer interaction (HCI) element of a design - Assisting in brainstorming activities for upcoming projects

Qualifications and Experience:

- 5+ years of relevant UX experience in technology-driven companies - Great team player with experience in working with agile teams - Ability to create, improve, and use information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, user flows effectively - Capability to present and defend design decisions based on design roadmap and fundamental principles - Continuously updating yourself and the team with industry standards - Diligent, organized, with attention to detail and effective communication skills - Experience in designing interfaces for mobile and web - Portfolio demonstrating required skills - Understanding of tech (front-end and APIs) is desirable - Ability to work individually as well as in teams - Proficiency with standard tools like Figma, Notion, and Analytics tools
