About the Role

The Sr. Product Manager plays a key role in identifying, delivering and managing lines of products for global commercial fitness markets. The Sr. Product Manager is responsible for the portfolio management of assigned new and existing product lines. This involves representing the voice of the customer and supporting the strategic business direction of the product lines from concept to end of life. This dynamic position requires critical thinking and analysis, strong project management skills, and an ability to interface with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, finance, operations, and sales.

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned product lines, including key strategic objectives, roadmap, value proposition, sales, and ROI projections.
  • Develop and articulate product visions and strategies that align with the company goals.
  • Manage select projects, including schedule, budget, resource planning and cross functional staffing/labor needs.
  • Cross-functionally collaborate on setting pricing, profitability, and other key metrics as goals for the product portfolio.
  • Monitoring sales volume, product usage, service data, and other key inputs to help inform and refine new products.
  • Interface closely with the global sales team and customers to help sell and demonstrate products on-site and at trade shows.
  • Support go-to-market activities including development of key messages, competitive advantages, and sales training in support of product launches.
  • Partner with marketing, engineering and design groups to communicate VOC information, needs statements, key project objectives, targets, and constraints.
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform product success, making data-informed decisions that drive product optimization and growth.
  • Prioritize and adapt to balancing market and stakeholder needs with limited resources.
  • Foster trust and create a sense of urgency within various teams, especially among the owners of products affecting our seller experience, and communicate with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to propel progress.
  • Standardize and document product management processes for the team.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent and experience in Product Management, Marketing or Business development
  • 6+ year's product management experience with proven track record of successful launch and/or management of product lines
  • Experience with formal product development and phase gate methods and support processes
  • Advanced knowledge in product/project management methodology and tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in commercial fitness market preferred

Base Salary

$160,000 to $195,000

The pay range represents the low and high end of the anticipated pay range for this position based at our Woodinville, WA headquarters. The actual pay offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
