Senior Product Manager - Backend Platforms / Integrations

Overview

Seeking a highly technical Product Manager to drive backend platform capabilities and large-scale system integrations. This role focuses on APIs, microservices, and data-driven products supporting multiple systems and channels.

Must-Haves

• Product Management experience in backend/platform environments
• Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and system integrations
• Experience working with data-heavy systems (transactional + SOR data)
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum (backlog, user stories, sprints)
• Ability to work closely with engineering and architecture teams
• Strong stakeholder communication skills

Responsibilities

• Own product roadmap and backlog for backend platforms and integrations
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories
• Drive delivery of integration-heavy, API-driven solutions
• Partner with engineering, architecture, and stakeholders
• Monitor performance, scalability, and system reliability

Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS, Docker/Kubernetes
• Exposure to SQL/NoSQL databases
• Background in regulated industries
