About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional for the position of Senior Product

Manager / Group Product Manager – Gynaecology / Infertility / Women’s Health. The ideal

candidate should have strong hands-on experience in managing these therapy portfolios, with

expertise in product lifecycle management, launch strategy, market analysis, cross-functional

collaboration, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and drive the Gynaecology / Infertility / Women’s Health product portfolio

• Develop and execute product strategy and brand management initiatives

• Lead new product launches and lifecycle management activities

• Conduct market analysis and competitor mapping

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Medical, and Regulatory

• Lead, mentor, and manage the Product Management team

• Build strong stakeholder engagement and communication

• Drive business growth through marketing strategies

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Pharma Product Management

• Experience in Gynaecology / Infertility / Women’s Health (Mandatory)

• Strong exposure to product strategy and brand management

• Team handling and leadership experience

• Understanding of market dynamics and competitor landscape

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualification:

• MBA (Marketing / Life Sciences)
