Ansell is looking for a Guardian Product Manager to join our team!
The Guardian Product Manager is a commercially focused leader responsible for driving the evolution of AnsellGUARDIAN, the company's core internal selling tool. Positioned at the intersection of product management and commercial strategy, the role translates global market needs, seller workflows, and customer requirements into a dynamic technology roadmap. Acting as the global ambassador for Guardian, the Product Manager builds strong relationships with commercial leaders, sales teams, and distribution partners across all regions. By leveraging customer insights and competitive intelligence, they ensure Guardian remains a differentiated, high-value solution that delivers measurable impact. Reporting to the Director, Guardian Platform, this leader manages a team of Senior Associates and a Senior Manager, aligning product development with go-to-market execution.

What your role will be?
- Define product vision, roadmap, and release priorities aligned with commercial strategy and user needs.
- Translate Voice of Customer (VOC) insights, competitive analysis, and stakeholder feedback into actionable features.
- Partner with development teams to manage sprints, trade-offs, and ensure high-quality delivery.
- Integrate AI-driven capabilities to create intelligent, personalized user experiences.
- Track and optimize product performance metrics (adoption, engagement, satisfaction).
- Act as the global commercial ambassador, building strong relationships with sales leaders, TSMs, and distribution partners.
- Lead VOC research and competitive intelligence initiatives to guide differentiation.
- Oversee roadmap execution, ensuring usability, scalability, and reliability.
- Manage and develop a team of Senior Associates and a Senior Manager, fostering a high-performance culture.
What will you bring to Ansell?
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
Job Experience
- 7-10 years of progressive experience in software product management, commercial strategy, or a hybrid role with demonstrated accountability for a software product's roadmap and performance.
- Proven experience working within or alongside a B2B commercial/sales organization, with strong understanding of seller workflows, distributor relationships, and industrial market dynamics.
- Track record of successfully managing cross-functional stakeholder engagement across a global or matrixed organization.
- Experience writing product requirements for AI-powered features, with exposure to concepts such as machine learning-driven recommendations, natural language interfaces, predictive analytics, or intelligent automation within a commercial software context.
- Experience in the PPE, safety, or industrial technology sector is advantageous but not required.
- Prior experience with CRM/sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce/SFDC) and digital assessment or recommendation platforms is a plus.
Knowledge and Skills
- Core product management expertise: backlog prioritization, roadmap planning, sprint management, release execution.
- Commercial acumen: understanding of sales strategy, go-to-market execution, and channel dynamics.
- Ability to synthesize Voice of Customer (VOC) insights into actionable product requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making.
- Technical fluency to collaborate effectively with developers and architects.
- Hands-on use of AI tools (generative AI, coding assistants, prototyping platforms) in daily product development.
- Leadership experience managing and developing high-performing, geographically dispersed teams.
- Fluent English required, Spanish, French, or German a plus.
