About The Role
We are building a platform powering performing arts including ticketing, ticket protection, parking, CRM, donations, memberships, and martech integrated into one ecosystem. The Senior Product Manager for Partners and Integrations will own product delivery for this expanding area.
This new role is the first dedicated PM for our integrations and API platform. Responsibilities include ensuring API parity with our consumer platform, scalability, reliability, security, and enabling integration partners. You will partner with Engineering and Design and shape third-party product connection strategy.
Reporting to the VP, Product, this is a high-leverage individual contributor role requiring platform thinking and execution focus.
This is a full-time, fully remote position for candidates located in specified US states. Travel and occasional in-person meetings may be required. Hybrid work may be expected in the future.
About You

- Proven track record of shipping integrations or platform features in B2B SaaS.
What You'll Do
- Own the API as a product and drive strategy for parity with consumer platform.
- Ensure platform reliability and scale with Engineering.
- Lead product lifecycle for new integrations.
- Analyze competitive landscape to inform strategy.
- Shape partner ecosystem strategy and scale partner roster.
- Use data to guide product decisions.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Design from concept to launch.
- Represent integration customers and translate feedback into requirements.
- Align integrations roadmap with company vision.

What You'll Bring
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years product management experience focused on APIs, platforms, integrations, or developer tools.
- Experience in B2B SaaS with understanding of B2B or B2B2C platforms.
- Technical fluency with APIs, webhooks, data flows, and system architecture.
- Success launching integrations or platform features from concept to delivery.
- Knowledge of product management principles and best practices.
Preferred
- Experience in ticketing, live events, or performing arts technology.
- Experience with consumer-facing products or mobile apps.
- Experience establishing new product areas or teams.
