Sr Product Manager, Technical

Role Overview: At T-Mobile, as a Senior Technical Product Manager (TPM), you will lead strategy, architecture alignment, and delivery across multiple supply chain systems. Your work will involve shaping, optimizing, and scaling solutions spanning Oracle ERP, logistics systems, warehouse technologies, forecasting tools, and distributed enterprise platforms while driving modernization at an enterprise level. This senior, high-visibility role requires advanced technical depth, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to influence decisions across engineering, operations, and business teams globally.

Key Responsibilities: - Product Strategy & Ownership: - Own the multi-product roadmap and strategy across several cross-functional supply chain domains including planning, procurement, inventory, logistics, fulfillment, and reverse logistics. - Convert enterprise supply chain and Oracle ERP strategy into actionable product plans, ensuring alignment across engineering, architecture, and operational leadership. - Lead prioritization for multiple teams based on business value, KPIs, and engineering effort.

- Technical Delivery & Agile Leadership: - Provide senior-level leadership across multiple Agile teams, ensuring sprint readiness and architectural alignment. - Proactively identify and resolve systemic risks, architectural blockers, and cross-platform dependencies. - Lead delivery of high-impact modernization initiatives across Oracle SCM, logistics systems, and integration platforms.

- Business Focus & Cross-Functional Alignment: - Serve as a senior advisor and primary escalation point for supply chain leadership. - Influence operational improvements by aligning system capabilities with business outcomes. - Lead change management, pilot strategies, and phased rollouts at organizational scale.

Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 8-10+ years of product management or relevant experience in enterprise systems. - 5+ years' experience in a technical role or integrating with large-scale applications/platforms. - 5+ years product management experience in Agile environments supporting enterprise systems.
