About the role
Job Summary (List Format) – Sr. Product Owner (Bryant Park, NY, Onsite)
- Lead onboarding of new use cases onto the enterprise Generative AI (GenAI) platform, translating business needs into technical requirements.
- Analyze and evaluate incoming use cases to understand business goals, gather requirements, and map technical specifications.
- Guide tenant teams through the end-to-end onboarding journey, from ideation to production, ensuring smooth integration with platform services.
- Review technical workflows, including Python code, to diagnose issues, validate assumptions, and determine when to engage subject matter experts.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration and operational challenges across data flows, APIs, and platform components to support timely production releases.
- Identify and drive process improvements, tooling enhancements, and automation opportunities to scale onboarding efficiency.
- Ensure alignment with best practices and increase transparency for tenant teams during the onboarding process.
- Manage stakeholder relationships by providing clear guidance, ensuring alignment, and communicating effectively with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Coordinate project delivery, tracking progress, managing timelines, removing blockers, and shepherding teams through onboarding stages.
- Utilize strong business analysis skills to translate business needs into technical requirements and clear documentation.
- Leverage technical acumen, including reviewing Python code, understanding data flows, and analyzing API/integration patterns.
- Utilize data literacy to explore datasets, understand schema, and troubleshoot data‑related issues.
- Apply integration and systems thinking to identify dependencies and troubleshoot issues end‑to‑end.
- Drive process optimization through workflow improvements, enhanced documentation, and improved tooling.
- Contribute to platform development by identifying capability needs and helping define features with a product mindset.
- Utilize Agile/SDLC experience for iterative delivery, backlog management, and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Preferred: Familiarity with Generative AI (LLM concepts, enterprise GenAI patterns), automation & tooling, and responsible AI considerations.
