Experteer Overview

In this role you drive enterprise-wide transformation programs across people, process, data and technology to enable Dynatrace to scale growth. You translate strategy into executable roadmaps, manage multiple workstreams, and ensure value realization in a high-visibility environment. You collaborate with executives to align direction, govern programs, and deliver measurable outcomes that improve operations and performance. You will work with cross-functional teams, partners, and stakeholders to shape the problem and drive adoption and change.

• 8-10 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree required
• Proficiency with program management and execution methods (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid)
• Proven success leading enterprise-scale transformations with multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders
• Experience partnering with VP- and C-suite leaders on high-impact initiatives
• Experience with transformation governance and operating rhythms (steering committees, executive reporting, RAID management)
• Strong interpersonal leadership, presentation, and communication skills
• Knowledge of business process, operations and metrics definition best practices
• Detail-oriented, proactive self-starter
• Excellent executive communication, facilitation, and conflict/decision management skills
