Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex IT projects. This role will be responsible for planning, execution, and successful implementation of enterprise applications, data center, and cloud-based solutions while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to closure
• Define scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Lead cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders
• Drive project execution, risk management, and issue resolution
• Track milestones, progress, and ensure quality delivery
• Prepare status reports, documentation, and stakeholder communications
• Manage changes in scope and ensure alignment with business goals

Requirements

• 8+ years of project management experience
• Strong experience in IT systems implementation (enterprise apps, cloud, or data center)
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects end-to-end
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and project management tools
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

• PMP certification
• Experience with ERP, HR, Finance, or Asset Management systems
• Experience in public sector or transportation industry
