Qualifications

• Must hold a PMP certification
• Possess extensive working experience of Agile Scrum, demonstrating the ability to apply both traditional and agile methodologies to manage complex, large-scale projects.
• Requires direct experience in the healthcare industry, combined with proven budget oversight and the ability to manage end-to-end project lifecycles.
• Highly valued skill in distilling large, complex data into clear, concise executive presentations, enabling rapid decision-making by leadership on business problems or opportunities.
• Ability to establish working relationships and influence across all levels, including the C-Suite, while facilitating high-level status meetings and managing cross-functional teams.
