What a CPM Is

  • A driver of Global Brand & Creative deliverables, working in partnership with Business Groups to execute marketing campaigns, web page content, and localized imagery and graphics.
  • Responsible for planning, scheduling, prioritizing, and allocating global resources through the entire marketing development lifecycle.
  • A manager of a team of project management AI assistants and agents, leveraging tools to simplify tasks, allowing the focus to shift to strategic, high-value contributions.

What a CPM Is Not

  • Creative or Design Practitioner: PMs facilitate processes but do not make creative, design, or technical decisions; we leave these decisions for the subject matter experts in each of the respective areas.
  • Reactive Administrators: PMs focus on proactive planning and workflow optimization to drive long‑term goals, rather than simply tracking tasks or reacting to issues.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management Excellence (Managing the Process)

  • End‑to‑End Workflow Management: Oversee project scopes, timelines, budgets, and global resources from the master creative brief through to master creative concept and asset development. Manage the delivery of marketing assets including product naming, messaging/copy, imagery, video, social media units, web pages, and retail displays.
  • Execution & Visibility: Develop, maintain, and communicate schedules with cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on time and with quality. Maintain project dashboards to communicate the status of all projects and provide weekly updates to stakeholders on progress, milestones, risks, and blockers.
  • Day‑to‑Day Operations: Manage daily activities, including internal and business group reviews, revisions, and final asset delivery. Assess project development risks, provide mitigation plans, and negotiate resource requirements. Consolidate meeting notes and action items within 24 hours for streamlined execution.

2. Strategic Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement (Managing Collaboration and Influence)

  • Cross‑Functional Liaison: Serve as the primary liaison between business groups, creative strategy, web design/development, and content production teams in global offices.
  • Workflow Alignment: Coordinate and align workflows and deliverables across Creative, Design, Product Marketing, and Engineering teams.
  • Communication & Decision Facilitation: Enable clear, efficient communication and feedback resolution across global stakeholders. Maintain robust channels for decision‑making to ensure timely resolutions that keep the project on track.

3. Process Development

  • Map and continuously refine workflows to align with strategic objectives and organizational needs.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 5+ Years of Project Management Experience (Agency/client‑relations experience is a plus).
  • Adaptability & Composure: Maintains a steady demeanor in high‑volume, multi‑project environments. Self‑motivated, highly adaptable, and able to work autonomously in a time‑sensitive capacity.
