Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master (BI/Data)

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master hybrid to support. This role requires a hands-on Agile practitioner with strong experience delivering BI/Data Warehousing projects.

This is a high-visibility, single-submission role—we are looking for a candidate who can hit the ground running without training and actively lead both project delivery and Agile execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery in a BI/Data environment
• Act as Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
• Manage multiple enterprise-level projects and cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders
• Drive delivery across:
  • Data Lake
  • Data Integration / Conversion
  • MDM (Master Data Management)
  • Data Governance & Quality
  • BI & Analytics
• Track risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years as Scrum Master in BI/Data Warehousing projects
• 5+ years as Project Manager in Agile environments
• Experience managing large, multi-team enterprise projects
• Strong knowledge of data architecture, integration, and analytics ecosystems
• Current Wisconsin resident (MANDATORY – No relocation allowed)

Preferred Skills

• SAFe certification or Scaled Agile experience
• PMP certification
• Hands-on experience with Jira
• Background in data governance, data modeling, and BI tools
