Responsibilities

• Own and drive overall product quality, preventing regressions and customer facing defects.
• Define and execute test strategies, ensuring comprehensive manual and automated coverage.
• Design, enhance, and maintain automation frameworks, ensuring high stability, efficiency, and scalability.
• Automate recent test cases and maintain existing ones with high reliability and low maintenance.
• Review design documents; identify risks early in features, upgrades, and patches.
• Define and implement performance testing strategies, integrating and scalability testing into the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate across engineering, product, and platform teams for seamless integrations and releases.
• Mentor QA/automation engineers and uphold high engineering quality standards.
• Track key quality metrics and drive continuous improvement in tools, processes, and automation.
• Exhibit strong ownership, leadership, and resilience while balancing multiple strategic initiatives and delivering results with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• 10+ years of QA experience; 5+ years developing automation frameworks using Selenium + Java.
• Strong expertise in automation frameworks, regression execution, and Agile environments.
• Hands-on with Selenium, Java, Jenkins, container tech (Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift).
• Experience testing Web, API, and Mobile applications.
• Understanding of scalable system design and enterprise SaaS architecture.
• Exposure to AI/GenAI tools and apply them to testing workflows.
• Experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS/Azure/OCI/GCP).
• Excellent communication, analysis, and documentation skills.

Compensation

• Midpoint Salary: 2,790,000 INR
• Minimum Salary: 2,092,500 INR
• Maximum Salary: 3,487,500 INR
