Sr. Recruiter Job Overview:
This role leads full‑cycle recruiting for hourly, skilled trade, technical, and salaried operations roles across multiple sites or regions, driving high‑volume and advanced sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent in competitive markets. The position partners closely with regional and site leadership to align hiring priorities with operational needs, while designing targeted recruitment campaigns and coaching hiring managers on best practices. It also provides guidance and mentorship to Recruiting Specialists, ensuring consistent processes, compliance, and a strong candidate experience across all locations. The role collaborates with HR and site leaders to support a smooth onboarding process, leverages ATS and recruitment technologies for efficiency and reporting, and builds community and workforce partnerships to strengthen long‑term talent pipelines. Continuous monitoring of recruiting metrics and insights helps refine and improve regional talent acquisition strategies. All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development and five plus (5+) years relevant experience required; or equivalent combination.
- Three plus (3+) years of recruitment in a manufacturing or agency setting is a MUST.
- SHRM certification preferred
- Stable employment history with reasonable tenure in prior roles.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Outlook email and calendar.
- Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information.
- Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, establishing priorities to meet deadlines.
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients.
- Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options.
- Self-confident, self-motivated, polished professional who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
