Sr. Salesforce Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team in McLean, VA. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support Salesforce implementations and enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and recommend Salesforce solutions.
• Support Salesforce configuration, enhancements, and integrations.
• Create user stories, process flows, and documentation for development teams.
• Coordinate with developers, QA teams, and project managers during project delivery.
• Conduct UAT and ensure solutions meet business requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analystwith Salesforce projects.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud.
• Experience in requirement gathering, user stories, and process documentation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
