Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Hyderabad for a Senior Service Engineer, Electrical. The role involves troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in diesel generators. Daily responsibilities include field service visits, providing technical support to clients, handling maintenance tasks, and promptly addressing repair needs. Close collaboration with both the internal team and customers is required to ensure the reliable operation of generator systems.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in troubleshooting and resolving technical and mechanical issues
• Experience in conducting field service tasks and delivering on-site solutions
• Proficiency in maintenance, repair, and servicing of diesel generators
• Ability to provide effective technical support and communicate technical concepts clearly
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar field service role
• Knowledge of diesel generator brands such as Cummins, Caterpillar, or similar is a plus
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed for field assignments
