Senior Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Build and enhance responsive, user-friendly frontend interfaces.
• Develop backend services and APIs to support web and mobile applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to define and deliver new features.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship, and participate in architectural decision-making.
• Conduct code reviews, develop unit/integration tests, and optimize application performance.
• Automate deployment processes and ensure continuous delivery.
• Monitor production applications and continuously improve based on feedback and evolving requirements.
• Build automated tests in a test-driven framework to ensure uncompromising quality.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full stack web development.
• Strong proficiency in frontend frameworks (e.g. React, Node.js, or Angular).
• Extensive experience with backend technologies (e.g. Elixir, Java, Ruby, or Python).
• Proficiency with databases and experience in building and consuming APIs.
• Familiarity with containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with cloud platforms and modern authentication methods.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills with experience collaborating across technical and non-technical teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with JavaScript, React, API development (Elixir/Phoenix preferred), MySQL, Docker, and Linux.
