Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Sr. Software Engineer – OSI PI Data Historian with strong experience in industrial data systems and real-time data management. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and optimizing OSI PI systems, ensuring seamless data integration and system performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, upgrade, and migrate OSI PI systems across projects
• Configure and maintain PI infrastructure including servers and data flows
• Ensure high system performance through monitoring, troubleshooting, and tuning
• Support integration of PI systems with enterprise applications
• Follow best practices for system reliability, scalability, and security
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment

Technical Skills Required

• 6–8 years of hands‑on experience with OSI PI
• Strong expertise in:
  • PI Server
  • PI Asset Framework (AF)
  • PI Vision
  • PI Interfaces and Connectors
• Hands‑on experience with:
  • PI OPC UA Connector
  • PI Web API for data integration and application development
• Experience in system implementation, upgrades, and migration of PI systems
• Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in industrial/plant environments
• Understanding of real-time data historian systems and industrial protocols
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment
