  • Should have leveraged different integration patterns connecting different SaaS, Cloud, and On-prem systems.
  • Good understanding of security frameworks like Okta, SAML, etc.
  • Deep expertise in web frameworks (Angular or React), Java, Node.js, RESTful services, microservices, event-driven systems.
  • Experience integrating complex ecosystems using APIs, ESBs, iPaaS, and/or serverless integration patterns.
  • Hand-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and CI/CD frameworks (Git, Jenkins, DevSecOps pipelines), aligned to engineering leadership expectations from full stack architect roles.

Architecture Frameworks

  • Strong grounding in architectural patterns, solution evaluation techniques, system quality attributes, and non-functional requirement design.
  • Preferred Certification: TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture frameworks like Zachman, SAFe Architecture.
  • Supported by widespread internal use of TOGAF-aligned HLD structures in architecture community posts.
  • Hands-on experience creating architecture documentation, diagrams, and review with clients' architecture teams.

Soft Skills

  • Exceptional communication, executive presence, and ability to simplify complex ideas for non-technical stakeholders.
