About

In this role you drive technical credibility for Dynatrace in the sales cycle, delivering impactful demos and PoCs, guiding solution design and validation, and partnering with cross-functional teams to win deals in APAC. You translate customer IT and software architectures into Dynatrace solutions, enabling faster, more secure digital experiences. You engage early in opportunities, support RFIs/RFPs, and collaborate with partners and experts to scale Dynatrace adoption. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that blends sales, solutioning, and technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Strong background in selling SaaS solutions and managing all phases of the sales cycle
• Experience with PoCs and cloud-architecture discussions
• Ability to understand customer IT infrastructure and software architecture
• Proficiency in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and programming languages (Java, .NET, PHP, Go, Node.js)
• Advanced knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
• Experience with DevOps/SRE practices and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with containers, Kubernetes/OpenShift, serverless, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Puppet, Terraform)
