Sr. Solutions Engineer

Overview

A rapidly growing, product-led technology company in the financial services space is building out a Solutions Engineering function to support a growing enterprise customer base. This role sits closely aligned with Product and plays a critical role in turning newly signed customers into successful, live deployments.

This is a highly visible position where you will own implementations end-to-end while helping shape how delivery is executed across the organization.

Responsibilities

Implementation Ownership

• Lead full lifecycle implementations of a complex SaaS platform from kickoff through go-live
• Act as the primary point of contact across internal teams and external stakeholders
• Coordinate across product, engineering, and customer teams to ensure on-time delivery

Pre-Sales & Discovery Support

• Partner with commercial teams to support technical discovery and solution scoping
• Translate business requirements into actionable implementation plans

Process & Playbook Development

• Build and refine repeatable implementation frameworks, documentation, and best practices
• Identify opportunities to standardize workflows and reduce delivery timelines

AI-Driven Delivery Optimization

• Leverage AI tools to accelerate implementation tasks (requirements, mapping, documentation, etc.)
• Continuously test and improve ways to increase efficiency across delivery cycles

Post-Go-Live Transition

• Ensure clean handoff to post-implementation teams with clear documentation and system readiness

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years in solutions engineering, implementation, or technical consulting within SaaS or fintech
• Experience leading complex enterprise implementations involving integrations and data workflows
• Strong ability to operate across both technical and business stakeholders
• Proven program/project management capability in client-facing environments
• Comfort working with APIs, data structures, and system integrations
• Experience using AI tools in a professional workflow is strongly preferred
• Financial services or lending domain exposure is a plus
