Sr. Strategy and Technical Business Analyst

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Network Infrastructure, Network Security, or related field with 7+ years of relevant work experience and or equivalent work experience or 10+ years of relevant work experience to satisfy education and experience requirements
• Proven experience working with senior leadership on defining and delivering a strategic roadmap
• Possess a proven track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to motivate and follow through on projects
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and written communication skills
• Significant expertise with IT strategy frameworks and methodologies
• Requires at least eight years of business or IT strategy

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field with 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Master's degree in a related discipline
• Experience in the transportation industry
• Experience working in a highly technical environment
• Master's degree or equivalent
• 10+ years of business or IT strategy
• Experience in developing training, communication, and change management plans

Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
