Our portfolio comprises multiple subsidiaries that participate in the Small Business Administration 8(a) program.

Great Hill is seeking a Sr. System Engineer in Arlington, VA to support work for the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Research and Engineering. This effort will work with leaders on technology development, strategy and testing.

Security Requirements

  • TS/SCI (SAP eligible)

Skills/Experience

  • Ten (10) years’ experience as Chief Systems Engineer (CSE) or Deputy for a major technology program valued at over $100M
  • Eight (8) years’ of leadership experience on classified programs at SCI or higher
  • Eight (8) years’ experience in military tactics and technical methods
  • Five (5) years’ experience overseeing technical requirements and assessments for new and emerging capabilities
  • Five (5) years’ experience executing activities in support of the DoD 5000 series acquisition lifecycle process
  • Five (5) years’ experience using Agile Development processes
  • Five (5) years’ experience establishing and managing a formal risk management process for a technology development program

Education

  • Master’s degree from accredited college or university in engineering, scientific, or technical discipline that is related to PNT and/or C5ISRT.

Desired Skills

  • Military or DoW experience
  • C5ISRT and C-C5ISRT: Eight (8) years’ experience with systems that integrate and analyze data from multiple sources and countering these systems.
